★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wohnungskauf von der Genossenschaft wurde von NP abgewickelt. Zuerst musste der Kaufvertrag rückabgewickelt werden, da ein Fehler seitens NP passiert ist. In Summe hat es dann von 09/19 bis 04/21 gedauert, dass wir endlich im Grundbuch stehen! Sehr schwach :(
Buying a flat from the cooperative was handled by NP. First the sales contract had to be reversed because an error occurred on the part of NP. In total it took from 09/19 to 04/21 that we are finally in the land register! Very weak :(
