Wenn jemand abhebt wird gesagt man rufe einen zurück. Dies passiert so gut wie nie.
Wollte eine Rechnung haben, es wurde gesagt diese senden sie in 2 Tagen zu, 3 Wochen später und es ist immer noch nichts angekommen.
Die Arbeitsweise dort ist einfach unzureichend!
2 Sterne weil wenigstens der Preis günstiger ist als bei anderen.

When someone picks up they say they will call you back. This hardly ever happens.
Wanted an invoice, was told they would send it in 2 days, 3 weeks later and still nothing has arrived.
The way they work there is simply inadequate!
2 stars because at least the price is cheaper than others.
