Die klage wurde fallengelassen weil ich nicht der jenige bin der das Auto geliehen hat. Gleicher name falsches geburtsdatum. Jetzt klagt er mich wieder an wegen der gleiche sache. Nehme mir einen Anwalt, von mir bekommt der nix! I received an advertisement from Heinz about a car that I allegedly rented. The complaint was dropped because I am not the one who borrowed the car. Im Gegenteil, die angegebene Email Adresse kommt ständig retour. Nach langen Warten, habe ich angerufen und das hätte ich mir sparen können. Sehr unfreundlich, unkompetent und horente Preise die aus der Nase gegriffen sind. Melde es den Rechtsschutz und den Konsumenten Schutz. Very incompetent law firm. Die Abschleppfirma ist spezialisiert auf das Überwachen von Privatparkplätzen. Falschparker werden sofort abfotografiert (völlig gleich welche Dauer), dann wird der Fahrer ausgeforscht und erhält vom Anwalt ein Schreiben mit der Information, bei Nichtbezahlung wird dem Parkplatzeigentümer zur Besitzstörungsklage geraten (Kostenpunkt tausende Euro ). Dem Falschparker wird ein Phantasiepreis angeboten (zb 300E) um die Klage abzuwenden. Leider ist dies noch legal. Eine Strafe ist logisch, jedoch nicht in dieser völlig überzogenen Höhe. Sie entspringt außerdem der Willkür der beiden Firmen. So wird kinderleicht eine Menge Geld verdient. Mieseste Geschäftemacherei mit mafiöser Struktur! The wrongdoer is offered a fancy price (e.g. 300E) to avert the lawsuit. Unfortunately this is still legal. A penalty is logical, but not at this completely excessive level. It also arises from the arbitrariness of the two companies. A lot of money is very easy to make. Lousiest profiteering with a mafia-like structure!

Hat mich in was reingeritten, wo ich am Ende mit weniger Geld ausgestiegen bin, hat mich am Telefon schief abgewürgt, selbst die spärelichen und späten Emails, die er dem Gegener schicken wollte haben von Rechtschreibfehlern und FALSCHEN Berechnungen gestrotzt!! Definitiv ein kompletter Reinfall! Eine Frechheit von vorne bis hinten!!! I'm completely shocked by such an unfriendly, incompetent manner. Got me into something where I got out with less money in the end, stalled me crookedly on the phone, even the sparse and late emails that he wanted to send the opponent had spelling errors and FALSE calculations !! Zum Fürchten. My car was NOT towed by the Toman company. Photographed only. Nevertheless, wolfbauer asks me to pay 400 euros. Intimidating, threatening. To be feared.
