My experiences were only positive, from the ordination assistant to the doctor himself all very nice, within 2 days I had my appointment for the gastroscopy, this lasted max. with syringe for light anesthesia. approx 10 min.

Ich hatte große Angst davor, aber die Angst wurde mir schnell genommen. Im Warteraum habe ich auch nicht lange warten müssen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und gehe bestimmt wieder hin. Was with Dr. for the first time yesterday Golubich because of a gastroscopy. I got an appointment within a day. I was very afraid of it, but the fear was quickly taken away. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. I am very satisfied and will definitely go again.

Wo ich hingegen völlig fassungslos bin ist, dass ein Arzt inklusive seinem Personal in einer Pandemie und vor allem während des derzeitigen Lockdowns keine Masken in der Ordination tragen. Das hat mich wirklich schockiert. Daher die 2 Sterne Abzug. Wäre das gegeben würde ich 5 Sterne verteilen weil die Behandlung wirklich ausgezeichnet ist. I appreciate the professional competence of Dr. Golubich very much, I always felt that I was given excellent professional support. On the other hand, I am completely stunned that a doctor and his staff do not wear masks in the ordination in a pandemic and especially during the current lockdown. That really shocked me. Hence the 2 star deduction. If that were given I would give 5 stars because the treatment is really excellent.

I got an appointment for the gastroscopy the very next day. I arrived at 8:30 and at 8:47 I was on my way home with a report.
