Werde mir definitiv jemand Anderen suchen. Schließlich brauche ich den Termin nicht zum Spaß!! I can only agree with the previous speaker! Ich probiertes es zweites mal, mit Name und Handynummer, kein Rückruf? Am Montag 07.02.22 versuchte ich nochmals, laut Tonband sie sei in Urlaub. Na gut Urlaub sei heilig, sehe ich auch ein. Mir kommt vor, das ganze wird nich so genau genommen, schade. Man hat ja auch verpflichtungen anstatt nur vorm Telefon zu sitzen. Ich habe anfänglich nett und höflich um die Übermittlung des Befundes + Anhang meiner Oma gebeten und wurde belehrt, dass der Befund nur an den überweisenden Arzt gesendet wird. Ich benötige diese Unterlagen dringend für den Antrag in ein professionelles Pflegeheim. Mit einem Schnaufen wurde ich ein zweites Mal wie ein Kleinkind belehrt und weiterverwiesen. Ich persönlich würde keinen Schritt in diese Praxis setzen. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending towards the relatives of a patient with dementia. Initially, I asked my grandmother in a nice and polite manner for the report + attachment to be sent and was instructed that the report would only be sent to the referring doctor. I urgently need these documents to apply for a professional nursing home. With a wheeze, I was taught a second time like a toddler and referred to me. Personally, I would not step into this practice.
