Schnelle und kompetente Abwicklung, auch der Notar war pünktlich da.
Einziger Abzug: in den Räumen wird leider geraucht.
Nachtrag: JETZT erst kam die Rechnung (ca 4 Monate später) ... mit der schockierenden Feststellung, dass seine Honorarangabe von ca €1500,- NETTO war!
Daher noch ein Stern Abzug!
We had an appointment to sign the sales contract (house sale).
Fast and competent handling, the notary was also there on time.
Only deduction: smoking is unfortunately in the rooms.
Addendum: NOW the invoice came (about 4 months later) ... with the shocking finding that his fee information of about € 1500 was NET!
Hence another star deduction!
