Habe für jemanden angerufen weil es einem noch nicht mal ein Jahr altem Hund nicht gut ging und der gute Herr am Telefon gibt nur passiv aggressive Antworten und Bemerkungen dass der Hund eh schon ein Termin hat in ein paar Tagen und das es zu spät für ein Termin am selben Tag ist… Es ist nicht so schwer eine einfache Frage über die Fütterung am Telefon zu beantworten. Kann mir gut vorstellen, dass wenn irgendwer anruft weil ihr Haustier kurz vor dem Zusammenbruch steht, d dieser Arzt einem wegen einem Termin anschreit. Notfälle sind Notfälle und dafür hat man keine Termine. Mit so einem Verhalten würde so ein Tierazt in Wien nicht überleben. Never experienced anything so unfriendly. I called for someone because a dog that was not even a year old was not doing well and the good man on the phone only gives passive aggressive answers and remarks that the dog already has an appointment in a few days and that it is too late for an appointment the same day is ... It's not that difficult to answer a simple question about feeding on the phone. I can well imagine that if someone calls because their pet is about to collapse, this doctor yells at you about an appointment. Emergencies are emergencies and there are no appointments for them. Such a behavior would not survive such a vet in Vienna.
E	E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, unhöflich! Hat meine Sorge nicht ernst genommen und ins lächerliche gezogen. Mein Tier wurde weder ordentlich untersucht, noch wurde ich als Besitzer beraten. Mit einem ersthaften Problem ist man hier am falschen Ort! Unfriendly, rude! Didn't take my concern seriously and made fun of it. My animal was neither properly examined nor was I advised as the owner. If you have a serious problem you are in the wrong place!
