n	noname1977 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also die Apotheke selbst ist in Ordnung, es gibt nur leider dort eine Angestellte die schon 3-4 mal extrem unfreundlich war (und zwar so das man gleich Streiten könnte wenn man möchte), daher meide ich diese Apotheke in Zukunft. Es gibt ja zum Glück sehr viele Apotheken die ausgesprochen freundliches Personal haben! So the pharmacy itself is fine, there is only unfortunately an employee who was already three times extremely rude (and so that you could argue the same if you want), so I avoid this pharmacy in the future. Luckily, there are many pharmacies that have very friendly staff!

Leider hatte ich heute die Situation, dass die Packung meiner Dauermedikation zu Ende war, es mir an den Tagen zuvor nicht möglich war ein Rezept abzuholen, und heute an meinem einzigen freien Tag meine Hausärztin nicht geöffnet hat. Nun ging ich trotzdem in die Apotheke, schilderte meine Lage und sah dabei kein Problem, da ich die Medikamente schon jahrelang und regelmäßig einnehme und meistens auch von dieser Apotheke beziehe. Leider wurde ich sehr unfreundlich und sehr belehrend darüber informiert, dass das „so nicht so einfach geht“. Mehrmals erwähnte sie diese Tatsache - und wann ich das Medikament das letzte Mal in dieser Apotheken gekauft habe und dass mein Medikament ein „spezielles Medikament ist, das nicht einfach so ausgegeben werden darf“. Von freundlicher Problemlösung leider keine Spur. Am Ende des Gespräches stand für mich fest, dass ich diese Apotheke nicht mehr betreten werde, da ich dieser Person (Mag.) nicht mehr gegenüber stehen möchte. Schade, denn das restliche Team war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Basically very nice and competent staff. Until now, I've always enjoyed going to this pharmacy. Unfortunately, today I had the situation that the pack of my long-term medication was over, I was not able to pick up a prescription the days before, and my family doctor did not open today on my only day off. Now I went to the pharmacy anyway, described my situation and saw no problem, as I have been taking the medication regularly for years and mostly get it from this pharmacy. Unfortunately, I was informed in a very unfriendly and very instructive manner that “it is not that easy”. She mentioned this fact several times - and when was the last time I bought the drug in this pharmacy and that my drug is a "special drug that cannot simply be dispensed". Unfortunately no trace of friendly problem solving. At the end of the conversation, it was clear to me that I would no longer enter this pharmacy because I no longer wanted to face this person (Mag.). It's a shame, because the rest of the team was always friendly and very helpful.

Wie in jedem Geschäft/Unternehmen gibt es auch bestimmt negative Erlebnisse, allerdings nur dann, wenn der Kunde selbst glaubt er/sie/es kann sich benehmen als ob ihm/ihr die Welt gehören. Wie man in den Wald ruft.... The staff are helpful and very well trained. As in every business / company, there are certain negative experiences, but only if the customer believes he / she / it can behave as if the world belongs to him / her. How to call into the forest ...
