Bei einer kleinen Reklamation, die ich mit Fotos usw. dokumentiert habe, hat sich Herr Maderböck einfach tot gestellt. Fast ein Jahr lang - furchtbar. Erst als ich direkt mit dem Hersteller Kontakt aufnahm, hat dann dieser sich darum gekümmert - danke an die Firma Griesser. Ich kann die Firma Maderböck auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen, so geht man nicht mit Kunden um, die ein hochwertiges Produkt kaufen
I bought shutters from the Maderböck company. Delivery and assembly were fine. In the case of a small complaint, which I documented with photos, etc., Mr. Maderböck simply pretended to be dead. For almost a year - terrible. Only when I contacted the manufacturer directly did they take care of it - thanks to the Griesser company. I definitely cannot recommend Maderböck to others, this is not how you deal with customers who buy a high-quality product
