Finger weg Madela ist es recht egal, welche Mieter einziehen. Der Müllraum ist öfters total vermüllt. Das Glas bei der Eingangstüre ins Gebäude wurde auch eingeschlagen. Kürzlich ist auch ein Stein aus dem Fenster geworfen worden, als grad jemand unten telefonierte. Das Gebäude in dem ich wohne ist sehr hellhörig, über und unter mir ist betreutes Wohnen für schwierige Jugendliche, die schonmal um 3 in der früh anfangen Klavier zu spielen oder lauthals telefonieren. Erholsam schlafen kann man hier nicht. Die Polizei kann leider auch nicht viel machen. Strafen zahlen die Vereine und das scheint im Budget eingerechnet zu sein. Die Wohnung ist im Pfusch saniert. Die Türen sind stark verzogen und die Türgriffe lösen sich mit der Zeit, weil billiges Metal verwendet wurde und die Schrauben nicht halten. Die Böden sind auch schlecht verlegt. Seit ein paar Monaten ist auch niemand mehr über die Hotline erreichbar, sondern man muss auf ein Band sprechen und hoffen, dass man zurück gerufen wird. Mitarbeiter haben auch schon einige gekündigt, seit ich hier wohne, was mich nicht wundert, weil die Arbeitslast viel zu groß ist. Nach 15 Monaten, nachdem die Mindestmietdauer erreicht ist, ziehe ich nun aus und will mit der Firma nichts mehr zu tun haben.
