Und obwohl sie jedes Recht gehabt hätten mich wegzuschicken haben sie mich (nach einer kleinen strengen Belehrung ;) doch noch dran genommen. Was ich sagen will ist: in diesem Amt (und vermutlich vielerorts) sitzen nicht die stereotypischen Beamten sondern bemühte Helfer. Danke nochmal dafür. I made a mistake and got there without an appointment. And although they would have had every right to send me away, they still took me on (after a little strict instruction;). What I want to say is: in this office (and probably in many places) sit not the stereotypical officials but hard-working helpers. Thanks again for that.

Die Ordner waren schon da und ich könnte alles schnell kopieren und war in 15 Minuten wieder weg! Es kommt selten vor dass alles so reibungslos läuft! Toll! Just great! Very nice employees, very efficient, competent and helpful. The folders were already there and I could quickly copy everything and was gone in 15 minutes! It rarely happens that everything runs so smoothly! Great!
