★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gab im Vorfeld der Buchung keine Information über den Check-in, der Vermieter musste kontaktiert werden.
Die Buchung war nicht wie vereinbart, es war ein 2-Schlafzimmer-Apartment gebucht, aber das Apartment verfügte nur über ein Schlafzimmer. Der Vermieter zeigte sich bei Kontaktaufnahme uneinsichtig und nicht kooperationsbereit, die Preisdifferenz zwischen den beiden Apartmentgrößen rückzubuchen.
Fazit: es wurde ein zu teures Apartment gezahlt, der Vermieter hat die Buchung falsch vorgenommen und den Check-in nicht profesionell abgewickelt, für eine Klärung der Preisdifferenz ist der Vermieter nicht mehr erreichbar.
Aufgrund dieser Gegebenheiten kann keine Empfehlung für das Apartment ausgesprochen werden.
 There was no information about the check-in in advance of the booking, the landlord had to be contacted.
The booking was not as agreed, a 2 bedroom apartment was booked, but the apartment only had one bedroom. When contacting us, the landlord was unreasonable and unwilling to cooperate to rebook the price difference between the two apartment sizes.
Conclusion: an apartment that was too expensive was paid for, the landlord made the booking incorrectly and did not process the check-in professionally, the landlord can no longer be reached to clarify the price difference.
Due to these circumstances, no recommendation can be made for the apartment.
