Impolite and patronising service, was told to walk to a cashpoint as there was no possibility to pay by card (ridiculous for a birthday party where people buy drinks for 30€ per person), and even then she claimed there were two unpaid drinks after everyone had paid theirs when there 100% weren't.
I know that because I was the only person in our group who'd had that specific drink and I had paid for mine already. A friend paid the other two because he'd rather not argue. Rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to go for a drink / coffee and talk. The interior is wonderful, and they also have a terrace which has a very nice view! The drinks are inexpensive considering the fancy place. I will definitely come back when the Zotter hot chocolate is in Stock! ?
P. S. The music is amazing.

Here we are over the roofs of Graz, at M1 Café Bar. This famous rooftop terrace exists since the 1980s and features a marvelous 360 degrees view over the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Graz, meaning here at this roof top terrace you are surrounded by well-restored medieval roofs of the renowned Old Town of Graz, roofs which catapults you in another epoch. And if you ever wanted to soak up the sun, the terrace with its 360 degrees view gives you loads of sunshine. The staff is nice and ready to have little chat and the espressi we had at the rooftop sun terrace were delicious. Oh and by the way this place also features DJs as part of the party zone of Graz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely perfect for a drink with friends IF AND ONLY IF you can stay outside. Don't go there if your table is inside and you wish to talk to your friends. It was absolutely impossible to talk to the person in front of me... We asked to lower the music, they kind of did, but it was still unbearable. The DJ was having a great time... but we... not so much. It would have been in their interest to make the environment more congenial. Such a pity... most likely we won't be back even though I really liked how it looked and the location. ?
