R	Reinhard Stahlmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heutzutage spricht man von Work-Life-Balance aber Kaindl steckt noch im Jahr 1950 fest. 50 Stundenwoche sind hier normal und dass bei Schichtarbeit. Beim Vorstellungsgespräch wurden mir wichtige Informationen vorenthalten. -Wie oft man Überstunden machen muss. - Bei der Funierpresse im Funierwerk wurde die schmutzige Arbeit mit der Leimmaschiene nicht gezeigt. - Wasser trinken während der Arbeitszeit hat der Abteilungsleiter verboten. Das wurde mir erst am ersten Arbeitstag gesagt, nicht bei dem Vorstellungsgespräch und als mir die Abteilung gezeigt wurde. 10 Stunden arbeiten und man darf nur in der 30 Minütigen Pause trinken. Wenn man überhaupt zur Pause kommt. Schließlich muss jemand anderes Zeit haben um einen abzulösen, denn die Anlage muss ja laufen. Selbst aber hat der Abteilungsleiter eine Kaffeemaschine im Büro. Mich wundert es nicht, dass diese Firma eine so hohe Mitarbeiterflucht hat. Wenn sie das hier lesen liebe Firma Kaindl, nehmen Sie dies bitte als konstruktive Kritik an, es liegt ja auch in Ihrem Interesse ein gutes Arbeitsklima zu haben. Leicht beleibter Typ, Dienst am 22.09. gegen 09:20. Bei so einer Firma werde ich nie einkaufen.
