Support hat ebenfalls schnell geantwortet und hat mir schnell weitergeholfen. Im großen und ganzen mit Abstand meine Lieblingsmarke. Only good experience. The price is definitely justified. Sie ist offensichtlich so unnötig umständlich damit sich manche Kunden wahrscheinlich denken, dass sie sich die mühe ersparen und den Artikel einfach behalten. Eine Frechheit die Rücksendung so ekelhaft zu gestalten. I don't think you can make a return more cumbersome. Ich bin leider durch Zufall drauf gekommen! Ich bin sehr entäuscht und kann nur jedem raten, das ganze nicht zu unterstützen! Ich dachte ich kaufe etwas besonderes... Real kidding!
