Alle Taschen, die im Geschäft sind, sind wirklich top in Schuss und quasi wie neu. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und kann das Geschäft nur weiter empfehlen!!! I bought my first MCM bag in the luxury store today and I am totally satisfied! The advice was really great and the bag is just awesome. All bags that are in the shop are really in good shape and almost like new. I will definitely come back and can only recommend the shop !!!

Die Verkäuferin weiß eindeutig was sie macht - immer freundlich, kompetent und engagiert etwas Passendes zu finden. Bin sehr zufrieden! Great assortment with constant expansion, you can always find something new. The saleswoman clearly knows what she's doing - always friendly, competent and committed to finding something suitable. I am very pleased!

Also als Tipp lieber mehrere Second-Hand Händler kontaktieren bevor man die Tasche verkauft habe bei jemand anderen fünffach den gebotenen Preis bekommen☺️ Almost ridiculous I made an online inquiry about the purchase of two bags and received a cheeky offer of around 15% of the new price for a bag that has only been worn once and has no signs of use. So as a tip, it is better to contact several second-hand dealers before you have sold the bag to someone else five times the price offered

Wenn man ständig erklären muss, was man alles hat und jede Kritik als "Neid" abstempelt, kann etwas nicht stimmen. Die Kommentare hier erklären alles! Vielleicht wäre es an der Zeit etwas zu ändern, anstatt ständig mit Unterlassungsklagen zu drohen :D Mal abgesehen davon , dass es sich hauptsächlich um ältere Ware haltet, die leicht überteuert ist, wird man sehr unfreundlich behandelt, besonders dann wenn es um einen Ankauf oder eine Prüfung auf Echtheit geht. Beim Ankauf werden einem unfassbar unverschämte Preise geboten und bei Prüfung auf Echtheit, wird man ausgelacht. Zwei mal wollte ich eine Tasche auf Echtheit prüfen lassen, ein drittes Mal nicht mehr. Auf den ersten Blick wird gelacht, nach dem Motto, "Das sieht doch jeder, dass ein fake ist" (würde das jeder sehen würde man keinen "Profi" benötigen, wie sie sich nennt) und dann heißt es, aber um es sicher sagen zu können müssen sie 70€-100€ bezahlen, dann kann ich sie richtig prüfen. Wozu bitte, wenn schon beim ersten Hinsehen gelacht und verspottet wird? Die Kommentare sprechen für sich. I think this is a very unfortunate owner. Bereits vor einem Jahr machte ich die telefonische Bekanntschaft mit Fr. Auttrit, als ich in einem Fall des Betruges völlig ahnungslos sowie hilflos darstand. Fr. Auttrit hat mir eine halbe Stunde ihrer wertvollen Zeit geschenkt, obwohl (!) Sie im damaligen Falle ausschließlich für einen Rat telefonisch von mir kontaktiert wurde. Schon das hinterließ in mir einen bleibenden Eindruck, und es war klar: Sollte ich jemals in irgend einer Form professionellen Service mit fachkundigem Rat ersuchen, wobei insbesondere die Erstellung eines Gutachtens notwendig ist, so ist diese freundliche Dame meine erste und einzige Anlaufstelle. Nun, ein Jahr später, traf der Fall ein. Mein damaliger Eindruck bestätigt sich in jeder Form. Als Liebhaber teurer Taschen mit vielen Kenntnissen, habe ich das Gefühl, in den allerbesten Händen zu sein, und eine professionelle Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe ist hier gegeben. Ich bedanke mich unsäglich und kann jedem wärmstens empfehlen, die Leistungen von Fr. Auttrit in Anspruch zu nehmen. For me, Ms. Auttrit is a unique point of contact in German-speaking countries when it comes to absolutely competent, well-founded and professional help. A year ago I made the phone call to Ms. Auttrit when I was completely clueless and helpless in a case of fraud. Ms. Auttrit gave me half an hour of her valuable time, although (!) I contacted her by phone at the time for advice only. That alone left a lasting impression on me, and it was clear: Should I ever ask for professional service with expert advice in any form, in particular the preparation of an expert report, this friendly lady is my first and only point of contact. Well, a year later, the case happened. My impression at the time is confirmed in every form. As a lover of expensive bags with a lot of knowledge, I have the feeling that I am in the very best hands, and professional communication on an equal footing is given here. Da war eine Frau vor Ort die wirklich nicht in ein Geschäft hineingehört.Typus: Ich bin Studentin und mich interessiert die Kundschaft doch nicht...Wenn sie wenigstens Charme und Stil dabei hätte...könnte man diese Person überheblich schimpfen...nur sie war einfach nur plump und peinlich.So schade...wirklich.Diese Taschen haben wen verdient der so ist, wie die Besitzerin des Stores: aufmerksam und verbindlich&integer. The owner is an angel but unfortunately she has a bad hand for choosing her staff. There was a woman on site who really doesn't belong in a business.Type: I'm a student and I'm not interested in the clientele ... If at least they had charm and style with them ... one could arrogantly scold this person ... only it was just clumsy and embarrassing. What a shame ... really. These bags deserve someone who is like the owner of the store: attentive, authentic and with integrity.

Die Verkäuferin und auch die Besitzerin sind sehr kompetent, man merkt wirklich, dass es sich um geschultes und fachliches Personal handelt und sehr bemüht sind - sie wissen was sie tun. Die Beratung ist TOP und man merkt, dass sich die Angestellten auskennen. Preislich auch total in Ordnung, wenn man bedenkt, dass es manche Modelle im Einzelhandel nicht mehr zum kaufen gibt und es sich um echte Raritäten handelt. - man muss sich halt auskennen. Die Paketannahme und -abgabe im Paketshop funktioniert auch prima und wirklich schnell. Ich finde den Store und die Beratung toll und werde weiterhin eine treue Kundschaft bleiben! Very nice shop and great goods - really worth a visit! The saleswoman and the owner are very competent, you can really tell that they are trained and professional staff and that they try very hard - they know what they are doing. The advice is TOP and you can tell that the employees know their way around. In terms of price, it is also totally okay when you consider that some models are no longer for sale in retail and that they are real rarities. - you just have to know your way around. The parcel acceptance and delivery in the parcel shop also works great and really quickly. I think the store and the advice are great and will continue to be a loyal clientele!
