Ich habe das selbe am Dienst nochmals gemacht, es kam keine Antwort. Am Mittwoch habe direkt eine Mail geschrieben, es kam keine Antwort. Heute haben wir Donnerstag, Termin brauche ich keinen mehr, Antwort habe ich noch immer keine. Kundenservice ist das keiner. Letztendlich hatte sie nur einen Sessel und wir kamen hintereinander dran. Very nice wife and assistant! It was a pity that we have asked extra if we can have a pedicure at the same time and she said yes. Finally, she had only one chair and we came in a row.

Leider sind die Sessel zwar wunderschön und prinzipiell bequem, aber die Füße lagern für die Kundin viel zu hoch, insbesondere wenn man körperlich leicht beeinträchtigt ist und deshalb extra zur Pediküre geht. Die arme Fachkraft muss sich derartig krümmen und am Boden knien, dass schon das Zuschauen schmerzt. Ich wünsche mir fachgerechte Liegestühle - wie es eigentlich Standard ist - zum Wohle der Kundin und der Fachkraft. Sonst sehr geschmackvoll, sauber, hygienisch und super freundlich. Really great pedicure service with Shellac. Unfortunately, the armchairs are beautiful and basically comfortable, but the feet are far too high for the customer, especially if you are physically handicapped and therefore go to a pedicure. The poor professional has to bend over and kneel on the floor so much that just watching it hurts. I would like professional deckchairs - as is actually standard - for the benefit of the customer and the specialist. Otherwise very tasteful, clean, hygienic and super friendly.
