★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab die Firma dreimal wegen einem Baumkauf kontaktiert und nie eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Anscheinend benötigt diese Firma keine Kleinkunden, die Kundenberatung ist für mich definitiv alles andere als „Luxury“. Auch wenn ich als Firma nur Großkunden habe, kann ich zumindest eine Rückmeldung geben, auch wenn es nur eine Absage ist. Schwache Leistung für so ein Unternehmen.
I contacted the company three times about buying a tree and never got a response. Apparently this company doesn't need any small customers, the customer service is definitely anything but “luxury” for me. Even if I only have major customers as a company, I can at least give feedback, even if it's just a rejection. Poor performance for such a company.
