Een heerlijke omgeving met de Alpen achter het huis en alle voorzieningen van supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. Ook leuke uitstapjes kunnen maken waarvan wij persoonlijk Lienz erg gezellig vonden en dichtbij. Het huis is geweldig mooi, veel luxe zoals een mooie moderne keuken, prachtige badkamer en ook de woonkamer met rondom uitzicht en voorzien van een heerlijke houtkachel is een genot om in te verblijven. Eind oktober konden we nog op het heerlijke balkon het ontbijt nuttigen. Alles was tot in detail geregeld en zeker een aanrader om hier van je vakantie te genieten. Kortom een fantastische huis op een evenzo fantastische locatie! Milly en Huub We had a wonderful holiday at the end of October-beginning of November 2021. A lovely area with the Alps behind the house and all amenities of supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. You can also make nice trips which we personally found Lienz very cozy and close by. The house is very beautiful, lots of luxury such as a beautiful modern kitchen, beautiful bathroom and the living room with all-round view and equipped with a lovely wood stove is a pleasure to stay in. At the end of October we could still have breakfast on the lovely balcony. Everything was arranged in detail and definitely recommended to enjoy your holiday here. In short, a fantastic house in an equally fantastic location! Milly and Huub

Bij aankomst zeer blij met het huis, alles is supernetjes, schoon, ruimtelijk!! Ook van alle gemakken voorzien, je komt niks tekort. In de omgeving ook allerlei winkels en supermarkten. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar (en ook met de lokale huisbaas)... Skigebied naast het huis, klein maar fijn! Voor meer uitdaging zit Nassfeld 30 minuutjes verderop! We hebben genoten! We zouden zeer zeker weer eens terugkomen! We went here for a week over Christmas 2021 (4 adults and 4 children). Upon arrival very happy with the house, everything is super neat, clean, spacious !! Also fully equipped, you will not lack anything. In the area also all kinds of shops and supermarkets. Good communication with the owner (and also with the local landlord)... Ski area next to the house, small but nice! For more of a challenge, Nassfeld is 30 minutes away! We enjoyed! We would definitely come back again!
