Super nice hostess who is wholeheartedly involved. Totally familiar, very clean, great cozy breakfast and great views! Only to be recommended, I would come back anytime. Thanks for the great time last April!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes, modernes und passend eingerichtetes Apartment-Hotel. Top gelegen, max. 5 min bis zur Talstation. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseher. Sehr sauber. Sehr nette und offene Hausverwalterin. Alle 6 Gästen waren begeistert. Würde im Sommer und vor allem im Winter wiederkommen...
Very good, modern and appropriately furnished apartment hotel. Top location, max. 5 minutes to the valley station. Each room has a TV. Very clean. Very nice and open caretaker. All 6 guests were thrilled. Would come back in summer and especially in winter ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Leider fehlt ein Backofen in der Küche, was unseren Essensplan ziemlich durcheinander gewürfelt hat. Der MPreis ist allerdings nicht weit entfernt
Die Chefin ist allerdings sehr unfreundlich und ist an einem Abend einfach bei uns ins Appartment gestürmt und hat uns gedroht uns rauszuschmeißen, als wir um 9 vom Apres Ski kamen. Sicherlich war es etwas lauter, allerdings ist das kein Grund so in die Wohnung zu stürmen und einen dermaßen anzuschreien. Auch wurde am nächsten Tag leider kein klärendes Gespräch gesucht und beim Auschecken wurde weder nach dem Befinden noch höflich "Tschüss" gesagt. Hier rate ich ganz einfach entweder von vornherein junge Leute (12 Personen) abzusagen. Wir werden hier her also auf Grund der Unfreundlichkeit nicht mehr kommen.
The accommodation is very nice. Unfortunately, there is no oven in the kitchen, which messed up our meal plan quite a bit. However, the MPreis is not far away
However, the manager is very rude and one evening she just stormed into our apartment and threatened to throw us out when we came back from apres ski at 9am. It was certainly a bit louder, but that's no reason to storm into the apartment and yell at someone like that. Also the next day, unfortunately, no clarifying conversation was sought and when checking out, neither after the well-being nor politely "bye" was said. Here I simply advise either young people (12 people) to cancel from the outset. We will not come here again because of the unfriendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst 5 Sterne sind Zuwenig. Ein wunderbares Hotel. Die Vermieterin war ein Engel, super nett und freundlich. Wir waren in dem Apartment Wonnalm , viel Platz, modern es war alles da was man so braucht. Bis zum Lift ist es ein Katzensprung. Ski Depot, Parkplatz sowie WLAN alles vorhanden. Für das Hotel und Personal ist der Preis Gerechtigkeit. Auf jeden Fall war es ein toller Winterurlaub.
Even 5 stars are not enough. A wonderful place. The landlady was an angel, super nice and friendly. We stayed in the apartment Wonnalm, lots of space, modern, everything you need was there. It is a short hop to the lift. Ski depot, parking lot and WiFi are all available. For the hotel and staff the price is justice. In any case, it was a great winter vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean apartment thats provide the summer cards for free use of cable car and bus inside ladis fiss or surfiss. The price are moderate. There is nothing to do in this city after 5 pm at all. I would advise to visit this location if you have kids or in the winter. 2 days are maximum for this place. I spend 3 which i start to feel boring at the third night

I have never written a bad review, this will be the first.
We were a group of 4 and booked 3 nights at this apartment. We drove 9.5 hours from Belgium and due to weather conditions, we arrived later than what we informed the apartment owner Jutta.
When we arrived, we were very tired and Jutta came to meet us at the apartment car park. It was clear from Jutta’s body language and tone that Jutta was very unhappy, she told us to only take what we need and leave the bags in the car until tomorrow morning as we will make too much noise.
On our way to the apartment, Jutta got impatient at my friend who accidentally pressed the wrong floor in the lift – “I SAID LEVEL TWO!” Once we got inside the apartment, Jutta showed us around and then angrily pointed at my shoes and asked, “why are you wearing shoes the floor is clean.” Before Jutta left, we asked if we can pay for breakfast in the morning, Jutta got super defensive and shouted that we didn’t ask for breakfast so there is no breakfast.
Day two – my friend caught Jutta randomly inside our apartment during one afternoon, when my friend asked what she was doing there, she seemed shocked that someone was in the apartment and said she just wanted to know what time we were checking out the next day??
Day 3 - The sauna is only open between 4.30 – 7pm. On our last day me and my friends decided to visit the sauna. Again, Jutta appeared out of nowhere with a mop and starts mopping the floor. When we went in the sauna, my friend who was sitting outside heard her complain in German that we are messy.
We are a group of young professionals in our 30s, since arrival we did not feel comfortable the whole time. We felt like we were being watched by an angry mother who treated us like children. I’m confused why the owner is in the business if she obsessed with cleanliness, also considering the cleaning fee alone is 120 euros, I feel I can decide if I want to wear shoes inside or not?! We never received an apology from Jutta, in fact the next morning at check in, it was as if nothing happened. However she did seem quite happy when she took our money!
We will not be returning.
