Beim zweiten Termin habe ich, da nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit eingetroffen, nachgerufen, um zu erfahren was los ist. Der Termin wurde wieder vergessen, allerdings zugesagt, dass er in 2h hier sein könnte, was wieder nicht der Fall war - was mich am meisten ärgert ist, dass NIE aktiv angerufen wurde, um sich für den Termin zu entschuldigen. An appointment was made 3 times that was NOT taken without an answer. At the second appointment, because I had not arrived at the agreed time, I called to find out what was going on. The appointment was forgotten again, but it was promised that he could be here in 2 hours, which again was not the case - what annoys me most is that they NEVER actively called to apologize for the appointment.

Witzig war, dass er zweimal behauptet hat, dass ihn seine Leute eh heute nicht brauchen und er sich das Dach noch gleich anschaut am Nachmittag. Welcher Dachdecker wird heuer nicht gebraucht? Einmal war angeblich die Impfung schuld. Dreimal versetzen und dann gar nicht mehr erreichbar sein, das bringt eben keine gute Bewertung. Promises appointments that he neither cancels nor keeps. It was funny that he claimed twice that his people didn't need him today anyway and that he would have a look at the roof in the afternoon. Which roofer is not needed this year? Once the vaccination was supposed to be to blame. Relocating it three times and then no longer being reachable at all does not result in a good rating.
