Da die passende Größe des Sakkos nicht vorrätig war, hat die Dame sofort mit einer Filiale telefoniert und mir den Sakko von Österreich nach Deutschland zusenden lassen ( ohne Mehrkosten !). Samstags anprobiert und am Mittwoch war das Paket bereits da. Besser geht es nicht ? Wir kommen wieder ? Very good advice from the lady of the house. Since the right size of the jacket was not in stock, the lady immediately phoned a branch and had the jacket sent to me from Austria to Germany (at no extra cost!). Tried on Saturday and the package was already there on Wednesday. It couldn't be better ? We'll be back ?

Leider war meine Größe nicht vorrätig. Spontan organisierte Rainer den Versand einer Jacke in meiner Größe zu mir nach Hause. Das ist wirklicher Kundenservice der meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen hat. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder! Unfortunately, my size was not in stock. Rainer spontaneously organized the delivery of a jacket in my size to my home. This is real customer service that even exceeded my expectations.
