B	B.K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Küchenarmatur war undicht. Nach meinem Anruf kam sofort jemand vorbei und hat den Schaden professionell erledigt. Reparatur der alten würde sich, nach Aussage des Inastallateurs, nicht mehr auszahlen. Die neue Armatur ist eine Eigenproduktion und in jedem Baumarkt unter €100.- zu haben. Die Firma verlangt 300.- inkl.Mwst. Ich habe Hr. Zugej x-mal angerufen und um RR gebeten. Ein SMS "ich rufe zurück", war gut, aber kein RR kam keiner! Die Stunde kostet €145.-inkl.Mwst. was ich auch überteuert finde. Die Konkurrenz verlangt zwischen €70,-und €110.- (habe noch eine Rechnung von der Konkurrenz vor 2 Jahren) Würde diese Firma trotz professioneller Arbeit nicht weierempfehlen. Preise sind überhöht und ich war sehr verärgert, keinen RR zu bekommen. My kitchen faucet was leaking. After I called, someone came by immediately and professionally dealt with the damage. According to the installer, repairing the old one would no longer pay off. The new fitting is an in-house production and is available in every hardware store € 100 to have. The company charges 300.00 including VAT. I have Mr. Called x times and asked for RR. An SMS "I'll call you back" was good, but no RR came! The hour costs € 145 including VAT. which I also find overpriced. The competition charges between € 70 and € 110 (I still had an invoice from the competition 2 years ago) Wouldn't recommend this company despite professional work. Prices are excessive and I was very upset not to get a RR.

Negativ: Statt nur die Zuleitung zum Boiler (zwei Rohre) zu installieren (wie vereinbart), tauschte der Installateur gleich auch das Überdruckventil etc. "Aus Sicherheitsgründen!" Sorry, aber ich kann dieses Totschlag-Argument nicht mehr hören. Das alte Ventil war nicht alt, hat bestens funktioniert. Das war eine unverblümte Geldmacheraktion. Ärgerlich. Trotzdem vier Sterne, weil Lugar rasch und unkompliziert geholfen hat. Super-friendly, keeps appointments, professional offer. Negative: Instead of just installing the feed line to the boiler (two pipes) (as agreed), the installer also swapped the pressure relief valve, etc. "For safety reasons!" Sorry, but I can't hear that manslaughter argument anymore. The old valve wasn't old, it worked perfectly. It was an outright moneymaker move. Annoying. Still four stars, because Lugar helped quickly and easily.

Der Chef schickte mir nach kurzen und sehr angenehmen Telefonat einen Techniker vorbei. Vor Ort reparierte der Techniker Herr Schwabegger die Heizung Promt. Man merkte das der Techniker ein Profi mit jahrelanger Erfahrung in der Branche ist. Top team and top service! Since I had a problem with my heating, I contacted the Lugar company. After a short and very pleasant phone call, the boss sent a technician over to me. The technician Mr. Schwabegger repaired the Promt heating on site. You could tell that the technician is a professional with years of experience in the industry.

Trotz mehrmaligen schriftlichen und telefonischen Nachfragen haben wir seit über drei Monaten (!) keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Mittlerweile führen wir die Arbeiten mit einem anderen Installateur durch. After a consultation on a bathroom renovation, we unfortunately waited in vain for feedback and planning. Despite multiple written and telephone inquiries, we have not received any feedback for over three months (!). We are now doing the work with another installer.

Super happy Mr. Schneider was on site immediately, worked quickly and competently. The lady on the phone very friendly, which is rare these days. Great!

Er hatte per Zufall das richtige Teil mit und konnte das Problem sofort vollständig lösen! Kompetent, schnell und preislich für einen Wochenendeinsatz echt in Ordnung! Vielen Dank! Gerne wieder! Brilliant! On Saturday morning, one of our lines could not be turned off. Only a short time later, an installer was there. He happened to have the right part with him and was able to completely solve the problem immediately! Competent, fast and reasonably priced for a weekend job! Thanks very much! Gladly again!
