H	HaPe Fend on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food was not good. the meat in the burger was quite tough and dry despite it not being "well-done". the regular fries were much better than the more expensive hand made fries. the mac and cheese looked just like a lazy bowl of pasta with cream and cheese under the grill. massively overpriced food and quality not great. the drinks were good and the service was fine and zero fault to them for the poor quality food. get much more satisfaction from a visit to Le Burger at DEZ or smashburgers in hötting at a better price. even mcdonalds is better. drinks and service very good, food terrible. cannot recommend these burgers.

A	Alyssa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and atmosphere was 10/10 but the food was 6/10. The onion rings were quite bland, albeit crunchy. The burger was also just..lacking in flavour. I got the chili burger, and while it has a bit of spice, I wouldn't call it spicy. My friend got the onion-bacon burger and said it was really tasty and both burgers were very filling. The hand cut fries were also a bit of a letdown, but as you can see by the 4 stars, service makes up a lot of what the food lacked. Both staff members were so friendly and funny, the atmosphere and drinks were enjoyable, I'm grateful for the fun experience.
A	Alejandro Hirsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ludwig used to offer the best hamburgers in the center of Innsbruck, not so much anymore. Burger's patty was thin and not cooked to order (medium rare). Still, the flavour was good and fresh; the sweet potatoes were delicious. Good atmosphere, great service, a bit pricey.
