Über die Qualität der Arbeit kann ich nichst sagen, soweit ist es mangels Termin nicht gekommen - obwohl ich insgesamt dreimal persönlich dort war. Ich verstehe absolut, dass nach den vielen Hagelschäden in der Gegend sehr viel zu tun war, daher habe ich nach den ersten Besuch gesagt ich komme in ein paar Wochen weider, wenn der Stress nachgelassen hat. Nach Besichtigung meines Hagelschadens (Wochen später) und Kostenvoranschlag - O-Ton vom Chef: "Ich mache es nächste Woche - ich rufe sie noch an, an welchem Tag es geht." Kein Anruf - zweieinhalb Wochen später habe ich nachgefragt um vom mürrischen Chef zu hören, dass er schließlich viele Termin hat - und was ich denn eigentlich will. Danke - so nicht für mich. Andreas Daum A completely disorganized and overwhelmed boss. I can not say about the quality of the work, it didn't come that far due to a lack of appointment - even though I was there three times personally. I absolutely understand that after the many hail damage in the area there was a lot to do, so after the first visit I said I would be back in a few weeks when the stress subsided. After inspecting my hail damage (weeks later) and quoting - the boss said: "I'll do it next week - I'll call you on which day." No phone call - two and a half weeks later I asked to hear from the grumpy boss that he finally has a lot of appointments - and what I actually want. Thank you - not for me. Andreas Daum
V	Vladimir Draco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlicher Chef - sehr kompetent und rasche Abwicklung (obwohl nur zu zweit), hab mir die Außenabdeckung des Seitenspiegels lackieren lassen, sowie eine Delle an der Beifahrertüre auspinseln lassen(die Billigvariante) - Die Farbe des Lackes sieht haargenau gleich aus, das Ergebnis kann sich wirklich sehen lassen - DANKE!!! Jederzeit wieder! Very friendly boss - very competent and quick handling (although only for two), I had the outside cover of the side mirror painted, as well as a dent on the passenger door (the cheap option) - the color of the paint looks exactly the same, the result can really be seen - THANKS !!! Any time!

Der Riss sah nicht mehr danach aus, als ob eine Ausbesserung noch klappen könnte. Aber die Spezialisten von Lucky Car haben das so gut hinbekommen, dass man nur mit Wissen wo der Schaden war noch etwas erkennen kann. Ganz herzlichen Dank für das rasche Reparieren innerhalb von 24h ab dem Schadenseintritt. Das ist Spitzenarbeit und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, wenn das notwendig sein sollte. - aber nun hoffen wir, dass uns kein Stein mehr trifft. We had a glass damage by a rockfall on the highway before the change. The crack did not look like it would work anymore. But the specialists at Lucky Car did it so well, that only with knowledge, where the damage was, could anything be recognized. Thank you very much for the quick repair within 24 hours from the damage. This is top-quality work and we will certainly come back if that is necessary. - but now we hope that no stone hits us.

Das Fahrzeug war rechtzeitig fertig und die Arbeiten wurden höchst professionell erledigt. Hier arbeitet ein Meister seines Fachs. Gerne wieder (auch wenn ich hoffe, dass ich in nächster Zeit kein Pech mit unvorsichtigen Verkehrsteilnehmern habe ;-) Friendly, competent, professional. Appointments were easy and straightforward. The vehicle was finished on time and the work was done very professionally. A master of his field works here. Gladly again (even if I hope that in the near future I will have no bad luck with careless road users ;-)
