★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach Top! Hatte mir letzen Samstag die Felge und den Reifen an meinem Transporter beschädigt. Die Burschen in der Reifenwerkstätte haben trotz aussichtsloser Situation alles daran gelegt um mir zu Helfen und ich konnte wieder weiterfahren! Einfach genial, herzlichen Dank nochmals an das Team!
 Simply great! Had damaged the rim and the tire on my transporter last Saturday. Despite the hopeless situation, the guys in the tire workshop made every effort to help me and I was able to continue my journey! Simply ingenious, thank you again to the team!

Es wird in jeder Hinsicht darauf geachtet, dass der Kunde auch wirklich zufrieden ist.
Und das Beste: Man kann das Alles in Anspruch nehmen egal wie weit man entfernt ist, da sogar beispielsweise bis Wien ein Abhol/Bringservice mit bei Bedarf Leihwagen angeboten wird. Es lohnt sich absolut sich genauer zu informieren!

And best of all: You can take all this no matter how far away you are, as even a pick up / drop off service with, if required, car rental is offered. It is absolutely worthwhile to get more information!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ freundliche Rezeptionistin und sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Waren schon öfters dort, und wurden jedes Mal extrem unfreundlich und teilweise frech behandelt! Somit kann das nicht an der Tagesverfassung liegen. Ich habe bemerkt, dass man nur freundlich behandelt wird, wenn sie dich schon länger kennen. Der letzte Besuch das garantiere ich!
friendly receptionist and very unfriendly staff. Have been there several times, and were treated extremely rude and sometimes cheeky every time! So it cannot be due to the daily constitution. I've noticed that you are only treated kindly if they have known you for a long time. The last visit I guarantee that!

mir ist am Freitagnachmittag das Auto eingegangen, der Abschleppwagen war innerhalb weniger Minuten Vorort und hat das Auto in die Werkstatt gebracht. Der Mitarbeiter war trotz Freitagnachmittag und kurz vor Dienstschluss freundlich und kompetent. Außerdem stand mir für die Zeit der Reparatur ein Leihwagen zur Verfügung, nicht irgendein Leihwagen sondern "ein nagelneuer Ford Galaxy"! ? Sehr empfehlenswert!

I received the car on Friday afternoon, the tow truck was there within a few minutes and brought the car to the workshop. The employee was friendly and competent despite Friday afternoon and shortly before the end of work. In addition, I had a rental car available for the time of the repair, not just any rental car but "a brand new Ford Galaxy"! ? Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Werkstatt wie ich sie schon lange nicht mehr erlebt habe, ich bin begeistert! Mir ist an einem Samstag Vormittag das Auto mitten auf der Autobahn mit der Meldung Motorstörung liegen geblieben - der Wohnwagen hing auch noch hinten dran. Zum Glück wurden wir vom Öamtc direkt zu der Werkstatt abgeschleppt. Ein Mitarbeiter hat sich sofort das Auto angesehen und die Chefin hat mit viel Aufwand einen Mietwagen mit Anhhängekupplung aufgetrieben. Drei Tage später konnte ich mein Auto wieder abholen. Preis/Leistung sind top, die Mitarbeiter kennen sich super aus, sind freundlich und sehr bemüht. Ein Pfusch an der Lichtanbindung für die Anhängerkupplung wurde auch gleich mit behoben. Ich werde jetzt immer diese Werkstatt nutzen, auch wenn ich in Wien wohne, sogar für diesen Fall wird ein Service angeboten. Eine eindeutige Empfehlung ?
A workshop like I haven't seen for a long time, I'm thrilled! On a Saturday morning, the car broke down in the middle of the highway with the message "engine failure" - the caravan was still hanging on the back. Fortunately, we were towed straight to the workshop by the Öamtc. An employee immediately looked at the car and the boss found a rental car with a trailer coupling with a lot of effort. I was able to pick up my car three days later. Price / performance is great, the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and tried very hard. A botch on the light connection for the trailer hitch was also fixed at the same time. I will always use this workshop now, even if I live in Vienna, even for this case a service is offered. A clear recommendation ?
