★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht hilfsbereit wenn man nach 20Uhr während der Bereitschaft anruft um vorher abzuklären, ob ein bestimmtes Medikament vorrätig ist. O-TON: "Ich kann nicht nachsehen, da ich nicht im Laden bin. Da muss ich während der Bereitschaft auch nicht die ganze Zeit sein."
Not helpful if you call after 20 o'clock during the readiness to clarify in advance whether a particular drug is in stock. O-TON: "I can not look it up because I'm not in the store, so I do not have to be there all the time during standby."
