C	Cary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste leider schon öfters als Patient kommen. Wartezeit bis zur ersten Behandlung ist relativ lang, danach geht normalerweise alles relativ schnell. Pflegepersonal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Ärzte, teilweise sehr unhöflich. War auch im Rettungsdienst öfters da und habe Patienten gebracht. Auch dann ist das Pflegepersonal sehr nett und hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, wenn bei der Übergabe nicht alles vollständig war Unfortunately I had to come as a patient several times. The waiting time until the first treatment is relatively long, after that everything usually goes relatively quickly. Nursing staff very polite and helpful. Doctors, sometimes very rude. R	Rainer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Sportverletzung die ich drei Tage mit Schonung und Kühlen behandelt habe, wurde einfach nicht besser. Daher musste ich bevor ich sie beruflich wieder stärker belaste abklären lassen - Organisation, Ablauf und Personal waren sehr nett und alles lief super ab. Klar muss man mit Wartezeiten rechnen, aber wer sich deswegen aufregt weiß nicht wie es in Unfallabteilungen im Rest der Welt abläuft. Wünsche dem Personal ruhige Dienste und mehr Verständnis von den Patienten. 80% von dem was hinter den Ambulanztüren an medizinischen Höchstleistungen passiert bekommt man (zum Glück) draußen ja nicht mit. Nochmals Danke für alles. A sports injury that I treated with rest and cooling for three days just didn't get better. So I had to get clarified before I put more stress on her professionally - organization, process and staff were very nice and everything went really well. Of course you have to expect waiting times, but whoever gets upset about it doesn't know how it works in accident departments in the rest of the world. I wish the staff calm service and greater understanding from the patients. 80% of what is happening behind the ambulance doors in terms of top medical performance is (luckily) not noticed outside. M	Mimi2020 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte einen Arbeitsunfall und wurde mit der Rettung (Firma ist gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet!!!) ins LB UKH gefahren. Ich bin gestürzt und konnte nur schwer mit viel schmerz laufen. Da ich stehen konnte wurde ich nur bis zu einem normalen stuhl gefahren und musste danach laufen. Vom Arzt wurde ich schon schief angeschaut als ich hereinkam. Er hat mein Bein und das Knie abgetastet und gefragt obs wehtut??‍♀️ Er schickte mich dann ins Röntgen. Für weitere Untersuchungen und ausser einem Strumpf und 1 Woche Krankenstand war da nix. Keine Nachuntersuchung ausgemacht. So schlecht wie hier wurde ich noch in keinem Krankenhaus behandelt. Wollte heute anrufen und nachfragen weil ich bei der Kniekehle Schmerzen hab und mein Knie nicht abbiegen kann und wurde sehr unhöflich behandelt am Telefon. I had an accident at work and was driven to the LB UKH with the rescue (the company is legally obliged to do so !!!). I fell and found it difficult to walk with a lot of pain. Since I could stand, I was only driven to a normal chair and then had to walk. The doctor looked at me crookedly when I came in. He scanned my leg and knee and asked if it hurts. He then sent me for an X-ray. For further examinations and apart from a stocking and 1 week sick leave there was nothing. No follow-up was made. I have never been treated as badly in any hospital as here. I wanted to call today and ask because I have pain in the back of my knee and my knee can't bend and was treated very rudely on the phone.
