- in the group we were the only one not from Serbia
- the quality of the education was low
- groups were overcrowded
- our complaint were handled arrogantly.

They are super unfriendly and not flexible.
If you need visa confirmation, the school just tries to squeeze out as much money form you as they can.
The general terms of this school are very tricky. Only in German (no foreigner can understand it! )
If you book a courrse through the internet in the European Union,
you have always the right to step back from the contract in the first 14 days after signing. LOQUI only provides their general terms in German, LOQUI does not inform their clients who book form abroad about the customer rights.
LOQUI promises a lot , but once they get your money, you'll be dropped like a hot potatoe.
There are so many other friendly anbd competent schools in Vienna- so dont loose your time and money at loco LOQUI!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for a course B1.2 from 11:00 to 14:00.
On Friday before the beginning of the course I was informed, that the course is going to start at 8:00 in the morning and it will last only two hours.
This is something I´d like to inform about here, because it is only noted on the contract, but not on the website; if they don´t find more than 5 people for the course, it´s one hour shorter every day, but the price is the same.
When I arrived on Monday, I got a book for B2.1 and I found out that we´re together with this level. Although you need more time to coordinate a group of two levels, our hours were still shortened, what means we lost one third of the whole course, but payed the same price.
Over all this unfortunate shortening, I had an amazing teacher who made the best out of the course.
