Ich bin schon länger Kundin doch musste ich die letzten Male feststellen, dass die Qualität der Arbeit stark nachlässt. Der Höhepunkt war für mich als ich gekommen bin um mir meine Haare Silber-Grau zu färben und man mich mit schwarz-grauen Haaren mit grünstich heimgeschickt hat. Als ich anmerkte dass die Farbe nicht die ist die ich wollte, hat man mir nur geraten einfach meine Haare 2-3 mal zu waschen anstatt mir einfach meine Haare zu retten. Unfortunately I cannot understand the good reviews. I have been a customer for a long time, but the last few times I have noticed that the quality of the work is deteriorating significantly. The highlight for me was when I came to dye my hair silver-gray and I was sent home with black-gray hair with a green tinge. When I remarked that the color is not what I wanted, I was only advised to wash my hair 2-3 times instead of simply saving my hair.
