Das einzige was ich mir wünsche, ist eine Benachrichtigung sobald der Artikel wieder verfügbar ist. Das was ich kaufte, war schon 2x ausverkauft - ziemlich stressig für eine Mutter von Welt ;-) I bought a fan article for my daughter in a small shop. The delivery was great. The only thing I wish for is a notification as soon as the article is available again. What I bought was already sold out twice - quite stressful for a mother of the world ;-)

Die Leute von lolingo haben die Ware seit letzten Mittwoch und sagen, dass es über 2 Wochen braucht um die Sache zu verschicken. Sehe ich nur diese Zeit für viel zu viel? I pre-ordered in September unfortunately nothing has arrived yet. The support seems to talk nicely to everyone, but despite the corona, it's quite a long time. The folks at lolingo have had the item since last Wednesday and say it will take over 2 weeks to ship. Am I just seeing this time for way too much?
N	N P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Qualität, toller Dufix Hoodie nur leider weicht die Farbe sehr stark vom Bild ab. Mein Sohn findet ihn trotzdem klasse. Good quality, great Dufix hoodie, but unfortunately the color is very different from the picture. My son still thinks it's great.

Kundenservice hat sich vor allem sehr schnell und nett um eine Bitte der Bestelländerung bei einem der Artikel gekümmert. Order was great. Package arrived well and everything was nicely packed. Above all, customer service took care of a request to change the order of one of the items very quickly and nicely.

Löblich zu erwähnen ist der Kundendienst, der wirklich umgehend auf meine Nachfrage, wo der Artikel bleibt, geantwortet hat. Vielleicht sollte man Artikel mit 4monatiger Lieferzeit erst einstellen, wenn die Ware wieder verfügbar ist. I knew in advance about the extremely long delivery time of my ordered goods. However, this was then exceeded again by 4 weeks. To be commended is the customer service who responded really promptly when I asked where the item was. Maybe you should only list items with a 4-month delivery time when the goods are available again.

Mir wurde zwar berichtet, dass es zu Verzögerungen kommen kann/wird, wurde jedoch (meiner Meinung nach) nicht wirklich genügend informiert. Nichtsdestotrotz ist meine Bestellung endlich angekommen, mit der Lieferung ist alles gut, und ich freue mich über die verbundene SOS Kinderdorf Unterstützung. I was promised that the delivery would arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately this was not the case. While I've been told there may/will be delays, I haven't really been given enough information (in my opinion). Nevertheless, my order has finally arrived, everything is fine with the delivery, and I am happy about the associated SOS Children's Village support.
