Nette Assistenten und sehr erfahrene Ärztin, sie hat jede Frage eingehend beantwortet und sich ausreichend Zeit genommen. Termine bekommt man in naher Zeit. Voll zufrieden! My daughter (15) has been a patient since May and we feel very well looked after. Nice assistants and very experienced doctor, she answered every question in detail and took enough time. You will get appointments in the near future. Completely content!

The ‘Loha for Life’ team impresses with many years of clinical experience and international research, paired with empathy and good appointment management. The doctors take enough time to answer all questions in person and the nurses who look after them complement the team in a competent and humorous manner. A therapy center for wellbeing, in which you receive excellent medical and personal care. Clear recommendation!

Only problem I have is with response on my emails - It takes really long time and It is not satisfactory for me. Thats is why not 5 stars.

I was there looking for answers but instead was actually ripped off from these people. They do not talk openly about the actual cost of their services (they do in rounded numbers about the main costs but there were always some additional here and there) and do not tell how much eventually the whole process costs. So I was interviewed, been told that because of my menstruation and sports activities (!) I am losing my iron and upon the blood results told me I have Anemia. To be more precise, I had only one parameter slightly below the lower border on the "normal" range and prescribed me 6 infusions. Me not being a doctor or a professional in this area started taking the infusions but in the meantime started consulting other doctors on my blood results and ALL 3 OF THEM denied the possibility of Anemia of any need of infusions AT ALL. The basically told me that I have been ripped off from these people. I have written an email with a request for an explanation and a refund but no answer so far. I would like to warn all possible future clients of theirs that this place is a money-making machine. And apparently, at least in my case, this is all that matters.
