Meine Mutter hatte vor einem Jahr einen Schlaganfall und außerdem beginnende Demenz.
Ihr macht das Training 1Mal pro Woche viel Spaß. Es gibt ihr Auftrieb u. tut ihr insgesamt einfach gut.
Wirklich SEHR zu empfehlen!

She enjoys training once a week. It gives her a boost and is simply good for her overall.
