★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als die "LOGO jugendmanagement gmbh" alleinige Herausgeberin des Jugendmagazins "Checkit" war, wurde gravierend gegen Urheberrechte verstoßen. Gerade in einem Magazin, das für Jugendliche herausgegeben wird, sollte so etwas nicht vorkommen.
Eine Urheberrechtsverletzung ist keine Ordnungswidrigkeit und schon gar kein Kavaliersdelikt, sondern eine echte Straftat.
Das ist kein gutes Vorbild!
When "LOGO jugendmanagement gmbh" was the sole publisher of the youth magazine "Checkit", serious copyright infringement was violated. Especially in a magazine that is published for young people, this should not happen.
A copyright infringement is not a misdemeanor and certainly not a trivial offense, but a real offense.
This is not a good role model!
