★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich nicht wusste ob die Anlieferung von Restmüll in der momentanen Situation erlaubt ist für Private oder nicht habe ich heute morgen angerufen bei der Fa. Loacker und mir wurde gesagt dass ich den Müll bringen kann. 30min später beim Eintreffen bei Loacker AG wurde mir mitgeteilt dass das Programm für Restmüll von Privatanliefern abgestürzt sei und ich nichts abliefern kann. Weiteres bekam ich den netten Hinweis dass ich besser zu Hause bleiben soll in der momentanen Lage.
Liebe Fa. Loacker... Wenn man bei euch nachfrägt wie die aktuelle Lage ist, dann informiert euer Personal dementsprechend und schickt eure Kunden nicht unter fadenscheinigen Begründungen wieder nach Hause nachdem die bei euch nachgefragt haben ob man was bringen kann. So ein unprofessionelles Verhalten ist ja ungeheuerlich. Die paar Säcke hättet ihr auch ganz unbürokratisch so entgegennehmen und einen Pauschalbetrag verlangen können.
Since I did not know whether the delivery of residual waste in the current situation is permitted for private individuals or not, I called the Loacker company this morning and was told that I could bring the waste. 30min later on arrival at Loacker AG, I was informed that the program for residual waste from private deliveries had crashed and that I could not deliver anything. I also got the nice tip that I should better stay at home in the current situation.
Dear Loacker company ... If you are inquired about the current situation, your staff will inform you accordingly and do not send your customers home after flimsy reasons after they have asked you if you can bring anything. Such unprofessional behavior is outrageous. You could have accepted the few sacks so unbureaucratically and asked for a lump sum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super freundliche Arbeiter! Obwohl ich zur falschen Abgabestelle gefahren bin ( wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil?☺) und Kreuz und Quer über die ganze Anlage gefahren bin, waren alle denen ich begegnet bin super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!
