Am späteren Nachmittag des Liefertages rufe ich kurz an ob die Container noch heute ankommen! Daraufhin wird mir mitgeteilt dass das Lieferdatum um 5 Tage verschoben wurde, und es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Container irgendwie vorher zu liefern! Saublöd nur wenn die Abbrucharbeiten genau in diesen 5 Tagen stattfinden und alles dafür organisiert wurde! Kurzfristig konnte ich natürlich sonst auch keine Container mehr finden! Wenn ich nicht angerufen hätte wüsste ich gar nichts davon! Sorry aber sowas geht gar nicht! Two mini-containers for rubble and construction waste ordered 14 days in advance! Later in the afternoon of the delivery day, I call briefly whether the containers will arrive today! Then I am informed that the delivery date has been postponed by 5 days, and there is no way to deliver the containers any earlier! Dumb, only if the demolition work takes place exactly in these 5 days and everything has been organized for it! Of course, I couldn't find any other containers at short notice! If I hadn't called I wouldn't know anything about it! Sorry but that's not possible!

Stand 30 Minuten an, als ich drankommen sollte wurde ich wieder geschickt, weil es inzwischen 15:45 war, und nun geschlossen wird! Konnte mit den Müll wieder heimfahren! Eine Schande, dass die Harder nun gezwungen sind dort hinzufahren! Hard hatte eine funktionierende Müllabgabemöglichkeit! It couldn't be more unfriendly! No customer friendliness! It was 30 minutes before I was supposed to get there, I was sent back because it was now 3:45 pm and is now being closed! Could go home with the trash! A shame that the Harder are now forced to go there! Hard had a working waste collection facility!
M	Mario Begle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr toll. Wie etliche andere Autos stand ich am Samstag 21.12. mit vollgeladen Auto um ca. 11Uhr vor verschlossenen Toren, obwohl lt. Öffnungszeiten offen sein sollte, nichts anderes angeschrieben oder auf der Homepage stand. Wie andere verdutzte Autofahrer musste ich verärgert wieder mit vollem Auto heim fahren. Loacker pfeift auf seine eigenen Öffnungszeiten zum Nachteil der Kunden. Sehr Kunden orientiert..... So great. Like many other cars, I stood on Saturday December 21st. with a fully loaded car at about 11am in front of closed gates, although according to opening times should be open, nothing else was written on the homepage. Like other stunned drivers, I had to drive home full of annoyance. Loacker whistles at its own opening times to the detriment of customers. Very customer oriented .....
A	Adam B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz erlich auf die stapelfahrer muss man aufpassen. Wegbeschreibung bekam man nur sehr schwer und habe mir einen Platten wegen nägel und scherben reingefahren. Und die Arbeiter waren unfreundlich! You really have to watch out for the pile drivers. It was very difficult to get directions and I got hit with a flat tire because of nails and broken glass. And the workers were rude!
