★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem Unfall musste ich 6 Monate auf die Antwort der Versicherungen warten. Diese bekam ich aber auch erst nach Anrufen meinerseits. Wenn man also nicht jedes Monat mal anruft erfährt man nichts.
Weoters gehe ich davon aus dass mich ein Versicherungsvertreter informiert wann ich meine Versicherung bzw mein Fahrzeug nach einem Totalschaden abmelden soll. Aber auch das passiert nicht . Denkt also nicht an das Wohl des Kunden sondern nur an sich.... da gehe ich nicht mehr hin.
After an accident, I had to wait 6 months for the insurance company to reply. But I only got this after calling me. So if you don't call every month you won't find out anything.
Weoters I assume that an insurance agent will inform me when I should cancel my insurance or my vehicle after a total loss. But that doesn't happen either. So don't think about the wellbeing of the customer, just think about yourself .... I won't go there anymore.
