Der Monteur war sofort am Telefon, war sehr, sehr freundlich für diese Uhrzeit und versprach gleich vorbei zu schauen. Erledigte die Störmeldung und gab gleich Bescheid .Kam nach einiger Zeit zur Kontrolle wieder. Ein äußerst seltenes sehr ,sehr positives Erlebnis. Hut ab. Auf diesem Wege nochmals herzlichst Dankeschön
I called emergency services at 7:30 am on a Saturday. The heating had failed. The fitter was on the phone right away, was very, very friendly for this time of day and promised to stop by right away. Handled the fault report and gave the answer right away. Came back after a while to check. An extremely rare, very, very positive experience. Hats off. Thank you again in this way
