★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hochpreisige Schuhe, gute Qualität ABER dazu passt kein arrogantes Personal. Frau Anda ist ein Musterbeispiel dafür, wie man mit Kunden nicht umgehen sollte. Darauf angesprochen meinte sie "darf ich nicht gut aufgelegt sein" . Wie bitte? Es ist ein Unterschied gut aufgelegt zu lächeln und Kunden zu belächeln und verbal abzuschasln. Danke, niemals wieder!
 High-priced shoes, good quality BUT no arrogant staff fits that. Ms. Anda is a prime example of how customers should not be dealt with. When asked about this, she said "I shouldn't be in a good mood". I beg your pardon? It makes a difference to smile in a good mood and to smile at customers and verbally ablate. Thanks, never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Практически всегда нахожу то, что мне нужно. Радуют цены и скидки. Диапазон цен от 40 до 120€ за обувь, кожаные куртки от 99€ до 260€ , где куртки от 129€ являются великолепными. Цены указывал уже со скидкой.
I almost always find what I need. Pleased with prices and discounts. The price range is from 40 to 120 € for shoes, leather jackets from 99 € to 260 €, where jackets from 129 € are gorgeous. Prices indicated already at a discount.

Gute Qualität, in diesen Schuhen läuft man wie auf Wolken. Trage keine anderen Schuhe mehr. Im Shop immer sehr freundliches Personal angetroffen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlichstes Personal das ich je gesehen habe. Sprechen nur Ungarisch und können nicht grüßen. Hätte gerne Beratung gebraucht, aber leider unmöglich. Frau ‚Brigitta’ trinkt Kaffee bei der Kassa und liest eine Zeitung und der Rest verschwindet im Lager??Ist mir dort schon öfters passiert. Gibts da keine Storeleitung? Zum Glück gibts andere Schuhläden wo man freundlich bedient wird. Tipp: deutschsprachige Verkäufer anstellen!!
Most rude staff I have ever seen. Only speak Hungarian and cannot say hello. Would have liked advice, but unfortunately impossible. Ms. Brigitta drinks coffee at the cash desk and reads a newspaper and the rest disappears into the warehouse? ?Has happened to me there quite often. Is there no store line? Fortunately there are other shoe shops where you are served friendly. Tip: employ German-speaking salespeople !!
