H	Heribert Schieg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute war ich in Vitis um mir ein Auto anzusehen und danach dachte ich mir, da soll es einen Chinesen geben - mal versuchen. Naja - finden ist wohl richtiger. Denn es stand ein großer lieferwagen einer Dachdeckerei so ungünstig vor dem Lokal, dass man es fast nicht sieht - es ist von aussen viel zu unauffällig, obwohl es direkt an einer belebten Straßen Kreuzung liegt. Der nächste Eindruck - der schaukasten mit den Speisen - hinein "gefuzelt" - sieht schon mal nicht einladend aus. Daneben eine Tafel auf der mit kreide, klein das Wort Buffet steht und daneben über die ganze Tafel die Zahl 9. 9 was? Tage; Wochen; Gerichte; Suppen; Euro - was? Im fast leeren Lokal, sitz der (Chef, Kellner?) Koch an einem Tisch und langweilt sich. Das Buffet ist sehr überschaubar: vielleicht 10 warme Gerichte, ein paar nachspeisen und 6 Sushi sowie ein paar wenige Makis - nachdem ich hauptsächlich Sushi esse - bekäme ich schon ein Problem oder müsste warten auf Nacharbeiten. Da gehe ich lieber über die Straße zur Fleischerei. Nun ist mir klar, dass so ein kleiner Ort trotz ein bisschen Industrie, keinen tollen großen Chinesen mit großem Buffet haben kann und sonst zu viel weggeworfen werden muss - aber ist dann vielleicht das Konzept falsch? Frisch zubereitet und trotzdem"Flatrate" - "order as much as you eat" um € 9,- - zb. Today I was in Vitis to look at a car and afterwards I thought there should be a Chinese - try it. Well - finding is probably more correct. Because there was a large roofing van so unfavorably in front of the restaurant that you hardly see it - it is much too inconspicuous from the outside, even though it is located directly at a busy intersection. The next impression - the showcase with the dishes - "fiddled" into it - doesn't look inviting. Next to it is a blackboard with the word buffet written in chalk, small and next to it the number 9 over the whole blackboard. 9 what? Days; Weeks; Courts; Soups; Euro - what? In the almost empty restaurant, the (boss, waiter?) Cook sits at a table and is bored. The buffet is very manageable: maybe 10 warm dishes, a couple of desserts and 6 sushi and a few makis - after I mainly eat sushi - I would get a problem or would have to wait for rework. I'd rather go across the street to the butcher shop. Now it is clear to me that such a small place, despite a bit of industry, cannot have a great big Chinese with a large buffet and otherwise too much has to be thrown away - but is the concept wrong then? Freshly prepared and still "flat rate" - "order as much as you eat" for € 9, - - eg.
