Die Auswahl an Liquids und Aromen ist einfach unglaublich und die beiden Verkäufer sind beide sehr nett und wissen wovon sie reden. Sie stehen dir immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Das Ambiente ist auch richtig cool und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wohne eigentlich in der Steiermark und bin zufälligerweise vorbeigekommen. Jetzt werde ich extra immer nach Klosterneuburg in den "Liquid Saloon" fahren! Sehr sehr sehr empfehlenswert! One of the best, if not THE best steam shop in Austria. The selection of liquids and flavors is just amazing and the two vendors are both very nice and know what they're talking about. They are always available to help and advise you. The ambience is also really cool and invites you to linger. I actually live in Styria and happened to drop by. Now I will always go to Klosterneuburg in the "Liquid Saloon"! Very, very, very recommendable!

Auch wenn du keinen Dunst hast, was dort angeboten wird, sind die Beiden immer freundlich und erklären dir alles, was du wissen willst. Leider haben die Zwei Ihre E-Tschick Ritterburg ein wenig weit weg vom Wiener Stadtzentrum gebaut, aber ich fahre trotzdem immer wieder dort hinaus, denn es gibt dort eine riesen Auswahl an Liquids und immer den neuesten Sch. an Technik. Ich bin mir jedoch nicht ganz sicher, ob die Frau von dem Inhaber eine echte Blondine ist. Ich werde nächstes Mal nachfragen! Full of the cool e-chick shop. The owner and his blonde girlfriend sell everything you need for steaming at great prices! Even if you don't know what is on offer there, the two of them are always friendly and explain everything you want to know. Unfortunately, the two of them built their E-Tschick knight's castle a little far from Vienna's city center, but I always go out there because there is a huge selection of liquids and always the latest Sch. of technology. However, I am not entirely sure whether the owner's wife is a real blonde. I will ask next time!

So eine freundliche, kompetente und angenehme Beratung habe ich noch in keinem Liquidgeschäft bekommen. Mir wurde alles bis ins Detail erklärt, sodass ich keine Probleme bei der Inbetriebnahme, Verwendung und Instandhaltung meines Geräts hatte, alles hat zuhause genauso funktioniert, wie es mir vor Ort vorgeführt und erklärt wurde! Alles in allem ein super Geschäft mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern und einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Ich komme nur noch in dieses Geschäft! Ich bin mehr als zufrieden! Was in the Liquid Saloon today, I was really excited. I have never received such friendly, competent and pleasant advice in any liquid business. Everything was explained to me in detail so that I had no problems with the commissioning, use and maintenance of my device, everything worked at home exactly as it was demonstrated and explained to me on site! All in all, a great business with very friendly and helpful employees and a good price-performance ratio I only get into this business! I am more than happy!

Chef + Chefin sind sehr in der Materie drin und können ein Beratungsgespräch führen das über "das teurere ist besser" hinausgeht (leider zu oft woanders erlebt). Da ist echt viel Fachwissen da das ich selbst nach 7 Jahren dampfen nicht im Ansatz so gut hab. Ich bin begeistert. Im Reklamationsfall (irgendwas kann immer sein) ist die Abwicklung pipifein und super schnell ohne Streitereien. Da nehm ich die längere Anreisezeit gern in Kauf. Very great. I have rarely seen such a large selection of liquids anywhere. Boss + boss are very involved in the matter and can lead a consultation that goes beyond "the more expensive is better" (unfortunately too often experienced elsewhere). There is really a lot of specialist knowledge because even after 7 years of vaping I am not that good at it. I'm excited. In the event of a complaint (something can always be), the processing is extremely fine and super fast without any quarrels. I gladly accept the longer journey time.

Eine Wahnsinns Kunden Betreuung, hab ich so noch nirgends erlebt! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen auch an Leute die es nicht brauchen aber sie sind es wert! ??? Was there today and had no plan of the matter! Was there with a defective part and was helped immediately. I have never seen such customer support anywhere else! I can only recommend it to people who don't need it, but they are worth it! ???

Nehme es gerne in Kauf regelmäßig 60 km weit zu fahren um mich mit liquid und dampferhardware einzudecken. Weiter so, absolut zu empfehlen!! Super competent, on request there is almost nothing that cannot be ordered. Super friendly and extremely nice! I am happy to regularly drive 60 km to stock up on liquid and steam hardware. Keep it up, absolutely to be recommended!
