K	Kampf Zecke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Qualität der Produkte sind gut. Der Lieferservice ist eine Katastrophe. Da nach drei Wochen die bestellten 6 Flaschen immer noch nicht da waren, habe ich die Lieferung endgültig storniert. Hätte ich nicht zig mal nachgefragt wo die Lieferung bleibt, woran liegt es etc hätte ich null Infos bekommen. Das ist sehr schlecht. Keine Entschuldigung, kein neues Angebot.....nichts. nur der Satz in der mail das ich meine Kontonummer geben soll. Geld habe ich zurück, das ist das einzig Positive. Ich werde nicht mehr hier bestellen, da die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden eine Katastrophe ist. Da gibt es bessere Läden. Die zwei Sterne gibt es für die Ansonsten gute Qualität der Produkte, die drei Sterne Abzug für ein völlig unprofessionellen Online-Shop. The quality of the products are good. The delivery service is a disaster. Since after three weeks the ordered 6 bottles were still not there, I finally canceled the delivery. If I hadn't asked umpteen times where the delivery was going, why was it etc, I would have received zero information. This is very bad. No excuse, no new offer ..... nothing. just the sentence in the mail that I should give my account number. I have the money back, that's the only positive thing. I will not be ordering here again as communication with the customer is a disaster. There are better stores there. The two stars are for the otherwise good quality of the products, the three stars deduction for a completely unprofessional online shop.

Sehr lecker die verschiedenen Liköre und Schnäpse! Tried a few delicious drops (especially liqueurs) on a skiing holiday, bought a few bottles on site and still have fun today! The various liqueurs and schnapps are delicious!

Beverage retailer with a huge selection. Due to the Corona crisis, there was a sale that you had to strike. Nice, helpful sales force.

Der Zugspitz Eislikör oder das Zugspitzgold sind außerdem zu empfehlen. Delicious selection of liqueurs and brandies. We have never found the special egg liqueur so good tasting anywhere else. The Zugspitz ice liqueur or the Zugspitzgold are also recommended.
