★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kunststoffdichtungen an Fensterausenseite haben sich nach 6 Monaten komplett gelöst. Fa. Liner angerufen und einen Termin ausgemacht damit der Mangel behoben werden kann... -> Extra einen Tag Urlaub genommen damit der Techniker in die Wohnung gelassen werden kann... Man wartet und wartet und keiner kommt... Anruf bei Fa. Liner -> Wir sind gerade auf Betriebsurlaub.. Schlimmer geht es wirklich nicht mehr!
Plastic seals on the outside of the window have completely dissolved after 6 months. Fa. Liner called and made an appointment so that the defect can be resolved ... -> Extra one day vacation taken so that the technician can be left in the apartment ... You wait and waiting and no one comes ... Call Fa. Liner -> We are just on company leave .. It really is not worse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben die Fenster der Firma Liner in unser vor einem Jahr neu gebauten Haus eingebaut. Nach einem Jahr kann ich sagen, alles super. Auch die Eingangstüre mit Fingerprint ist klasse! Danke ans Liner Team!
We installed the windows from the company Liner in our house, which was newly built a year ago. After a year I can say everything is great. The entrance door with fingerprint is also great! Thanks to the Liner team!

Monteure engagiert und freundlich, ganz anders das Personal in der Zentrale, kein Rückruf, Nachbetreuung und Beratung Fehlanzeige.
Wenn alles bezahlt ist, überhaupt keine Chance mehr. Die ignorieren einen.
New building was equipped with liner glass, two complaints about the same element.
Fitters committed and friendly, the staff in the headquarters is completely different, no callbacks, follow-up support and advice are not available.

Die Beratung Top vom Angebot bis zur Bestellung und Einbau..
Bei der Anlieferung war ein Griff Zerkratzt nach Telefonat.. Wurde der anstandslos ersetzt
Die Fenster wurden uns sogar früher geliefert als ursprünglich gesagt wurde... Auch das muss in diesen Zeiten erwähnt werden...!
Danke nochmal an alle Beteiligten

On delivery, a handle was scratched after a phone call .. It was replaced without any problems
The windows were even delivered to us earlier than was originally said ... That must also be mentioned in these times ...!
