Drops, Sandnes und Navia, wirklich nette und kompetente Beratung von den Besitzern, Oliver und Margerete, sowie eine freundliche Strickgruppe Montag abends. Really excellent, I highly recommend. Great selection of wool from u. a. Drops, Sandnes and Navia, really nice and knowledgeable advice from the owners, Oliver and Margerete, as well as a friendly knit group Monday night.

Zuerst hat das Transportunternehmen die Sendung so vermasselt, dass wir die Lieferung nicht erhalten haben. Das kann dem Geschäft nicht vorgeworfen werden, aber die Behandlung, die wir danach erhalten haben, ist inakzeptabel. Zuerst haben wir eine Nachricht erhalten, dass wir den Versand erneut bezahlen müssten, wenn wir die Sendung haben wollen. Ja, wir haben zugestimmt, obwohl dies an sich schon eine Grundlage für schlechtes Feedback ist. Danach haben wir nichts mehr gehört und haben keine Rückmeldung auf Emails oder Telefonanrufe bekommen. Nun sind zwei Monate vergangen und wir haben immer noch keine Ware geliefert oder unser Geld zurück bekommen. Wir möchten sehr davon abraten, hier einzukaufen. Unfortunately, I can't help but give this shop a very bad review. First, the transport company messed up the shipment so much that we did not receive the delivery. The shop cannot be blamed for that, but the treatment we received afterwards is unacceptable. First we received a message that we would have to pay the shipping again if we wanted the shipment. Yes, we agreed, although that in itself is grounds for bad feedback. After that we heard nothing and received no feedback on emails or phone calls. It's been two months now and we still haven't delivered any goods or gotten our money back. We would strongly advise against shopping here.

The staff is also very friendly and competent, they really know what they are talking about and can help you choose the right wool for your project. Moreover, they ordered some wool for me, since they didn't have enough balls in the color that I needed.
