Bei uns hat Lifestyle Ladies zuerst behauptet, dass wir Gebühren nicht bezahlt hätten, obwohl wir Bankeinzug gewält haben, dann haben sie uns Mahngebühren aufgebrummt und gleich alles auf einmal vom Konto abgebucht (das ging offensichtlich). Mehrmalige Urgenz blieb unbeantwortet, worauf wir die Buchung von der Bank stornieren ließen und das Konto von LifstyleLadies sperren ließen. Nachdem wir einen Dauerauftrag eingerichtet haben, war ein paar Monate Ruhe bis jetzt wieder Mahnungen ins Haus flattern (ausgestellt am 15.7. für Fälligkeiten vom 15.7.). Nach mehrmaligem Hinterhertelefonieren gab es nur die lapidare Aussage, dass die Mahngebühren ja eh hinfällig sind, weil alles fristgerecht bezahlt wurde. Keine Einsicht oder gar Entschuldigung von deren Seite. Das sieht für mich nach System und absichtlichem Betrug aus. Finger weg oder schnell kündigen, weil auch das nicht unproblematisch ist! Achja und zum Gesundheitlichen: Trotz sportlicher Veranlagung führte dieses "Training" zu Leistenbruch. Dubious, fraudulent business. WATCH OUT! For us, Lifestyle Ladies first claimed that we did not pay any fees, even though we have direct debit, then they have us fined up dunning and immediately debited everything from the account (which was obviously). Multiple urgency remained unanswered, whereupon we had the booking canceled by the bank and had the account blocked by LifstyleLadies. After we set up a standing order, a few months rest until now reminders fluttered into the house (issued on 15.7 for maturities of 15.7.). After repeated Hinterhertelefonieren there was only the lapidary statement that the reminder fees are so lapses anyway, because everything was paid on time. No insight or even apology from their side. That looks to me like system and deliberate fraud. Stay away or quit quickly, because that too is not unproblematic! Oh yes, and to the health: Despite sporting predisposition led this "training" to inguinal hernia.
S	Shona Jörg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abzocke pur! Unseriöse Machenschaften! Meine Freundin war seit 1 1/2 Jahren Mitglied in einer Filiale 1130, Speisingerstrasse. Am 25. Juli bekam sie per Post einen Brief, dass das Studio aus behördlichen Gründen (warum wohl??? fehlende Betriebsanlagen-Genehmigung wie im Fall Klosterneuburg?) am 31. 7. 2014 geschlossen werden würde. ( 5 Tage) Keiner der Mitglieder wurde darüber informiert. Sie kündigte sofort schriftlich, und stoppte ihren Bankeinzug von €42,90 pro Monat. Ihre Kündigung wurde aber von oberster Stelle nicht akzeptiert, obwohl sich ihr Vetrag ausschließlich auf das Studio Speisingerstrasse bezog. Man empfiehlt ihr die Filiale Ketzergasse im 23. Bezirk, was für sie zeitlich unmöglich war. Da die Schließung so kurzfristig angekündigt wurde, war es ihr auch nicht möglich, fristgerecht zu kündigen. Aber jetzt kommt es noch..... Herr Steiner besitzt die Frechheit, den Betrag von €42.90 weiter von ihrem Konto abzuziehen, obwohl es gesperrt wurde, dies aber unter einem anderen Firmennamen!!!!!!! Beim Konsumentenschutz ist dies schon seit langem bekannt, und es wurden schon rechtliche Schritte unternommen. Finger weg von solchen Unternehmungen. Rip off pure! Dubious machinations! My friend was for 1 1/2 years member in a branch 1130, Speisingerstrasse. On July 25, she received a letter by mail saying that the studio would be closed on July 31, 2014 for regulatory reasons (why? Missing facility approval as in the case Klosterneuburg?). (5 days) None of the members were informed. She immediately canceled in writing, and stopped her direct debit of € 42.90 per month. Their notice was not accepted by uppermost place, although their contract referred exclusively to the studio Speisingerstrasse. We recommend the branch Ketzergasse in the 23rd district, which was impossible for them temporally. Since the closure was announced at such short notice, it was also not possible to terminate on time. But now it comes ..... Mr. Steiner has the impudence to deduct the amount of € 42.90 from their account, although it was blocked, but under another company name !!!!!!! Schriftliche Vertragskündigung (2 Monate vor Vertragsende!) wurde ignoriert und sie behaupten, dass sie nie abgegeben wurde und buchen daher trotzdem weiterhin Geld ab. Mit Beschwerden vor Ort wird nicht angemessen umgegangen und Reaktionen auf das Hinweisen auf Fehler ist mehr als inakzeptabel!!! Absolute disaster! The staff has a listless work attitude, is rude and incompetent. Written contract termination (2 months before the end of the contract!) Has been ignored and they claim that it has never been delivered and therefore still continue to withdraw money. Complaints on the spot are not handled adequately and reactions to pointing out mistakes are more than unacceptable !!!
