★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante sia nata a Lienz non ci ero mai passata prima. Un posto tranquillo per fare due passi, anche per persone meno esperte di montagna. Carino anche tutte le tavole con le spiegazioni.
Although I was born in Lienz I had never been there before. A quiet place to take a walk, even for less experienced mountain people. All the tables with explanations are also nice.

Remains of an old fortress where the Austrians commanded by Andreas Hofer managed to stop the French advance in 1809 in the war of independence. Before the ruins there is also the oldest church in Tyrol dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes. A total of 30 minutes for the visit
