Bereits nach der ersten Behandlung bei Patrick verspürte ich deutliche Verbesserung. Die Tipps die ich fürs Training empfohlen bekommen habe, haben mir geholfen, dass ich wieder schmerzfrei bin. Derzeit bin ich mit einem neuen Problem in Behandlung. Auch da habe ich viele tolle Anregungen für zu Hause bekommen. Patrick G. ist sehr kompetent und engagiet. Ich kann die Praxis sehr empfehlen, tolles Lob für die kompetente Behandlung, DANKE! Jetzt liegt es an mir das erlernte zu Hause umzusetzen : ) I was with Patrick Gerdenits for the first time because I had pain in my knee. Heute bin ich schon ohne Krücken zur 2. Behandlung hingegangen. Bin dann zu Hause fast normal die Stiegen hinauf gegangen. Danke für die großartige Hilfestellung, sehr angenehmes Wohlfühlklima. E	Elisabeth Millington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit der Diagnose Knorpelschaden 3-4 und Aussicht auf ein künstliches Knie habe ich mich als letzten Versuch vor einer Operation an Patrick Gerdenits gewandt. Der Ersttermin war sehr informativ und ich hatte viele Aha-Erlebnisse. Die manuelle Therapie war ziemlich schmerzhaft, aber so effizient, dass ich sofort Erleichterung verpürte. Hr. Gerdenits hat mir 2 Übungen gezeigt, die ich täglich absolvieren sollte, diese wurden mir dann auch noch als Video per E-Mail geschickt. Beim Zweittermin (und bislang letztem) wurde nochmals manuell therapiert und die Übungen kontrolliert. 6 Wochen später und nach konsequenten, täglichen Training geht es mir deutlich bessert. Vor allem die Ruheschmerzen sind völlig verschwunden, ich habe mehrere mehrstündige Wanderungen problemlos absolviert. Bislang ein voller Erfolg, ich hoffe, dass dieser nachhaltig ist! Ich muss sagen, das war ein großes Glück, denn nach nur einer Behandlung und den Übungen waren die Schmerzen verschwunden. Patrick Gerdenits ist ein sehr einfühlsamer und doch konsequenter Therapeut den ich unbedingt weiterempfehlen kann. Mein Mann hatte Schmerzen in der Schulter und sie sind nach einer Behandlung und den Übungen um vieles besser geworden. Nachdem ich auf die Methoden von LB aufmerksam wurde und nach ihnen arbeite, ist eine signifikante Verbesserung eingetreten.
