Er hat uns als Grillmeister mit Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse unterstützt und auch alles rund um unsere Hochzeitstorte koordiniert. Alles war sehr aromatisch, am Punkt und für uns einfach perfekt. Das Team war zuvorkommend, freundlich und schon im Vorfeld sehr proaktiv. Jederzeit wieder! We had Florian and his team with us at our wedding. He supported us as a grill master with meat, fish and vegetables and also coordinated everything related to our wedding cake. Everything was very aromatic, on point and just perfect for us. The team was courteous, friendly and very proactive in advance. Any time!
T	Thomas O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir durften einen Private Cooking Abend mit der Lieblingsküche verbringen. Insgesamt waren wir 10 Leute. Wir fühlten uns vorab sehr gut beraten und aufgehoben. Wir hatten mehrere Menüvorschläge zur Auswahl und auf unsere Wünsche wurde individuell eingegangen. Schlussendlich entschieden wir uns für ein 4 Gänge Menü aus der österreichischen Küche. Florian Mükisch und sein Team waren, noch bevor alle Gäste vor Ort waren, anwesend um Tische aufzubauen und liebevoll zu decken. Bei den Speisen merkte man, dass qualitative Zutaten für die Zubereitung benutzt wurden. Die einzelnen Gänge wurden mit großem Augenmerk auf Ästhetik angerichtet und schmeckten hervorragend. Nicht nur waren alle Gäste begeistert, auch die Küche war nach dem Kochen genau so sauber wie zuvor. Die geliehenen Tische und Gläser wurden am Tag nach der Feier abgeholt. Alles in allem ein perfekter Abend mit sehr persönlicher Note. We were allowed to spend a private cooking evening with our favorite kitchen. We were 10 people in total. We felt very well advised and looked after beforehand. We had several menu suggestions to choose from and our requests were individually addressed. In the end we decided on a 4-course menu from Austrian cuisine. Florian Mükisch and his team were there even before all the guests were there to set up tables and set them lovingly. With the dishes you could tell that high quality ingredients were used for the preparation. The individual courses were arranged with great attention to aesthetics and tasted excellent. Not only were all the guests enthusiastic, the kitchen was just as clean after cooking as it was before. The borrowed tables and glasses were picked up the day after the celebration. All in all, a perfect evening with a very personal touch.

Das Essen wird sehr ansprechend hergerichtet. Nicht nur in Chafings einfach aufgestellt. Super delicious food and very good service! Perfect for weddings! ? Our buffet was prepared completely vegan on request. The food is presented very attractively. Not just simply set up in Chafings.
R	Romana Graf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bereits zum dritten Mal habe ich mich /haben wir uns für ein Catering der Lieblingsküche entschieden (und das war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal :-) Ob zur privaten Feier, als Speisenbegleiter beim Wein Verkosten oder als Catering für unsere Bürofeier – es schmeckt ausgezeichnet und wird mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet. Das schmeckt man in jedem Bissen! Already for the third time I have / we decided to have a catering of the favorite kitchen (and that was certainly not the last time :-) Whether for a private party, as a food companion for wine tasting or as catering for our office party - it tastes excellent and is prepared with a lot of love. You can taste it in every bite!
