The sad thing is that we noticed the mistake only after arriving at home so we had to get back here with the products.
After explaining the problem the cashier called another and laughing explained the problem to him and asked him to solve the problem.
We took our money back. They didn’t even say sorry for this.
Is this how things are solved in Austria? No empathy at all?
