Wollte mir gleich eine Reservieren und heute Mittag abholen. Das kann die Dame vom Kundenservice nicht für mich erfragen. Kundenservice stell ich mir anderst vor, noch dazu, wenn man am Telefon erklärt, dass man ja nicht gleich ums Eck wohnt.Meinen täglichen Enkauf kann ich auch beim Geißler machen. Bad customer service I called whether the sewing machine is in stock in Groß Enzersdorf or Hainburg. I wanted to make a reservation right away and pick it up at noon today. The lady from customer service cannot ask that for me. I imagine customer service differently, especially when you say on the phone that you don't live just around the corner. I can do my daily purchases at the Geissler's.
